# The font height for above examples are identical. While due to different font width and

   property, you would feel very different for each fonts. That is for your reference.

文本框: To help our marking roll production fast and perfect, some information is very necessary. Usually we would need your advice for : Roll O.D.     The standard O.D. (Outer Diameter) for marking roll are 86,100, and 160mm.  The O.D. will decide the repeat distance for printing. For example, if the roll O.D. is 100mm, it means the printing will be repeated every 314mm. Non-standard O.D. is also available upon customer made order. Roll width The width of marking roll. It is decided by cable diameter. Usually it must be at least 4mm larger than cable diameter. The standard roll width are10,12,15,20,25,30,35,40mm. Central hole O.D. It must match the diameter of shaft on cable printer. 12.7,20,30 are standard specifications. Printing height It is decided by cable diameter. For the limited contact area between print wheel surface and cable, the printing height is usually only 25-30% of cable diameter. While printing height is also decided by some other factors. If you can not decide it when placing order, please advise us the cable diameter and other specification information for us to design. Font There is no universal principle for choosing font. It is up to people's preference. Different fonts are suitable  for different case. Please take our standard font list (under) as reference. Repeats It means the repeats of same printing legends on print wheel. Sometimes if you have to shorten the blank distance between printing legend group, you can choose more than 1 repeat printing on print wheel. Printing legend Please provide exactly what you want to print on cable. Any vague and improper description may cause mistakes to produce marking roll. Printing position Usually the printing is on the center of cable. While for multi-cord cable, it may be printed on one side. Please advise the detailed cable specification for design.
