Press Roll

 

Press roll is used to fix the path that wire/cable runs through the roll surface. More stably the wire is running through, better printing effect would be achieved. The critical point is the size of press wheel. The size of press roll match the  wire diameter. If the press roll size is too large or too small, the printing would be influenced. There are two major types of press roll : curve roll for round wire/cable and flat roll for flat cable. We can apply Nylon, Copper, and Aluminum for roll material.

 

 

 

 

 

 

　

 

 

 

Air Wipes

 

Air Wipe is used to remove water on wire/cable surface. If there is water left on wire/cable surface when printing, the ink can not stick well. It would be easy to get removed. Therefore, Air Wipe is necessary to guarantee the necessary dry surface when printing.

Air Wipe should be installed at the end of water cooling tank before the cable printer. If  the extruding speed is so high that single air wipe can dry the wire/cable surface well, we recommend to cascade air wipes for better effect. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Solvent Dripper

 

Solvent Dripper is used to replenish solvent into ink automatically. The transparent glass is designed to observe and adjust the solvent flow. Its operation is very easy and the holder is contractible.
